Paul has over 25 years experience working within the FM sector. Starting as an apprentice combustion engineer working his way up to contracts manager. Delivering maintenance services across a portfolio of buildings in Mayfair to a value of £3.2m.

Gerry has worked in the water industry since 2001. His regulatory expertise, in-depth knowledge of ACoP L8 & HSG274 guidance & attention to detail have helped many customers meet & exceed their compliance obligations throughout his career. Gerry works closely with our clients to find solutions to maintain water systems in accordance with current guidance & best practice.

Wayne has over 30 years experience working within the Projects & FM sector. Starting as an apprentice mechanical engineer working his way up to senior projects manager. Delivering projects works across various operational sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, education, & commercial buildings.
WILL BANNISTER
ENGINEERING & PROJECTS MANAGER
Will has a wealth of experience in mechanical services, managing projects & supervising our mechanical maintenance engineers. Will is always smart & presentable, well mannered & a very popular character among staff & clients alike.
